Government What Are Your Options When The Government Is A Thief And Will Not Return What It Stole?

What are your options when the government is a thief and will not return what it stole? - government

Obviously the government is taking to court the owner of the country where the government appoints the judges. Obviously, if they have the means to exercise the government in an international environment, the only solution is peaceful non payment of what the government thinks that you should in the future. Since all future avoidable taxes of any kind, including fines or government duties.

If the government does not play fair, then the only solution is to dismiss the government.

Has anyone an acceptable solution to these conflicts be solved? (short of stealing from the government?)

Only a coup could solve this problem.

Revolution? or in another country, even if the gov't can be sued, have a proverb: "You can not fight City Hall"

Yes, but I need to know first what is right for you? made, what and how? If there is a county where judges are elected by the people there. Is this a problem with the state, to the State Bar and ask for names of good lawyers who specialize in lawsuits against the county, state or federal government. Some lawyers may only charge if they believe they can win.

Even if judges are technically appointed by the government (in fact, are the Lord Chancellor) independently. If you have good arguments against a government body, go ahead, but must prove that in all legal cases.
