You may have some symptoms displayed above without adult celiac disease. I buy food free from wheat gluten and a local store.
This shop has a huge selection and if you are a fan of pretzels, they are the best I ever had. I try some cereal and am so far very impressed.
If you think you are intolerant, so you do some research on shops for the sale of articles.
A good book is the Bible by Jax Peters Lowell Gluten Free.
Good luck!
